At Lekhan Mart, we aim to provide high-quality stationery and writing essentials. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 24 - 48 Hours of product delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear & tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized / personalized products

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged / Wrong Product Delivered

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returning the product unless the item delivered was damaged or incorrect.
